If you need to download or view past invoices, update your credit card details, or change your default payment method, you can simply do so on the platform.
Once you're logged in, select your organization on the top left menu to access your Organization Settings. Select the Billing tab.
View Billing History
You will first see an overview of all invoices issued to your organization. Here, you can:
- View all invoices issued or filter by status: overdue or paid.
- Download invoices by clicking the arrow icon on the right of each invoice.
Change Payment Method
Scroll down to Payment Methods, which allows for the following actions:
- Add new payment methods. When you add a payment method it will automatically be set as the new default.
- Delete existing payment methods by clicking the trash can icon on the top right of the card.
