Tracking ChangelogReporting and Insights on Squaredance
Feature Overview
Analyzing your Partner performance on Squaredance is simple and available through the Reports and Insights feature directly in platform. This article will walk you through the two features and how you can deep dive into your analytics to gain a better understanding of Campaign and Funnel performance.
Go to partners.squaredance.io
Reports
Reports is where Partners can get a high level overview of Performance across their Campaigns on Squaredance. Information such as Total Earnings, Leads, and Sales are available at a glance through Reports.
Access the Reports section by clicking into "Reports" in the left hand menu.
Begin by selecting a time frame that you're interested in viewing, as shown below.
By default, a list of all Campaigns that a Partner is sending traffic to will be displayed with corresponding metrics such as CVR, EPC, Leads, Sales, and Earnings.
Filtering through Reports
Partners can filter and sort through their Reports to see their desired metrics.
If you're working on multiple Campaigns and were interested in viewing metrics for a specific Campaign, expand the Campaigns list to view and select the Campaigns you wish to see.
Partners can also group or expand on metrics by using the "Group By" filter shown below.
For example, Grouping by Funnels on the Alpha Brain Campaign, will show exactly which funnel IDs you're running traffic on, along with the metrics for each funnel.
Partners can also sort the list in various ways as shown below.
Insights
The Insights tool is a powerful way to get a more granular view on Campaign and Funnel performance.
Start by clicking into the Insights tool on the left hand menu.
You'll first need to build a "Crowd", which filters specific Components (Campaigns) and Attributes (Funnels, Countries, Lead source, and more) you're interested in learning more about.
In the example below, we can see exactly how many users are landing in each part of the funnel based on trackable events. On top of the number of users detected at each event, we can see other metrics such as Time on Page, Scroll Depth and Continue Rate.
One of the most valuable insights available here can be found under the Purchase event.
This is where we can see metrics such as CVR, EPC and AOV that your customers are bringing to the Campaign.
On any Crowd, you're able to toggle the report from "Performance" to "Demographics" in the top right corner, to gain insight on other technical metrics. This includes information Lead Source, Countries, Device Type, Platforms, and Browsers.
