Sales Cap

To get things rolling with your program, some campaign details are required to help manage expectations with all the new affiliate partners that will soon be applying to your campaigns. These details include the following:

  • Cashflow / Budget
  • Inventory Levels
  • Infrastructure Capacity

Sizeable caps (anywhere between 2000-5000 units/week) are highly sought after with partners who have greater spend capacity.

Set your cap at a number that the business can reasonably support. The health and longevity of your business are far more important than taking on a lot of new sales volume that could result in operational interruptions. Start with a weekly cap that you are confident your internal team and supply chain can support and adjust from there.
