Creating Do's and Don'ts

Brands that provide a concise list of do's and don'ts will provide partners the clarity they need to produce ad content that is brand compliant while also saving them time on revisions.

If the do's and don'ts are not already outlined in the brand guidelines, then it is recommended for brands to create a separate PDF document formatted as a detailed list. The list can then be uploaded into the box folder for all partners to access at any time.

These Do's and Don'ts should also be copied into your campaign requirements for easy access within the platform. Here's how.

Tip: When onboarding newly approved partners, refer them to your list of do's and don'ts right away so they have a source of truth to refer to before they plan out their content.
