Tracking ChangelogThe Partners tab of the platform allows you to decide who you want or don't want to run on your campaign. Here, you will have the power to approve and reject partnership requests. You can even revoke and terminate existing partners.
Your path to growth on the Squaredance network depends on your ability to manage your portfolio of partners on the platform. Partners are always on the lookout for campaigns that match their domain expertise.
Note
When a partner applies to a campaign, their application will only apply to that applied campaign. If you have multiple campaigns within your brand, the partner will need a separate application for each one of them, or you can preemptively approve them on your other campaigns.
Once they apply to your campaign, you will be notified via email and a desktop browser notification if you are signed into the platform.
To review partner applications, select one of your campaigns.
Proceed to the “Pending” tab. From there, you are able to sort through the current applications for this campaign. Before approving or rejecting a partner, you can click on the drop-down to the right to review the partner's campaign plan (they will include details regarding their traffic sources and strategic plan to acquire customers). You may choose to approve a partner based on their plan or reject them at your discretion. If you approve the partner you can also modify their payout (CPA) value. Once approved, the partner will get an email notification letting them know of your decision.
There may be situations where you need to revoke an approval due to changing circumstances (violation of terms, poor traffic quality, etc.).If you need to remove a partner from the offer, head over to the “Approved” section, look for the partner, and click on the three dots located on the right side of the row. This will prompt you with an option to revoke the partner.
Important!
Please keep in mind that revoking a partner can not be reversed, resulting in the partner being banned from sending traffic to your campaign. We highly recommend you inform the partner in advance of your decision to give them a respectable amount of time to pause their traffic sources on your campaign.
