You can grab links the brands provide, and utilize them as is - without an issue But you can also modify and customize links to include any additional tracking parameters you desire. To do so please follow the video guide below:
Additional information on Tracking Variables:
Tracking variables are also known as Sub IDs, and are variable text placed on specific fields within a partner tracking link.
You can pass your tracking variables through the three fields C1, C2, and C3. When grabbing or copying your links, it is highly recommended that you do the following:
- Review your tracking or marketing platform's pixel setup documentation
- Determine the required macros or tracking tokens (which will vary based on the platform) you need to send to the Squaredance link
- Insert those macros or tracking tokens into the fields
- Copy the link you wish to use and paste it into your tracking platform to generate your own link
On Redirectless Links, we highly recommend that you fill in your necessary tracking tokens and macros in the Sub ID fields in the Funnels tab prior to copying your Redirectless URL. This will help reduce any potential formatting errors when appending your tracking tokens to the redirectless URL.
