The Jumbleberry Chat function is an effective way to reach out to potential affiliate partners. Whether you want to recruit new partners to your campaign or learn more about their expertise, sending a message via the platform is one of the fastest ways to get someone's attention.
How to Send a Message to a Prospect
Once you have set up your campaign and are ready to start prospecting suitable affiliates, you may navigate to the “Find Prospects” on your campaign page tabs, and initiate conversations with recommended or sought-after affiliates. Click here to read more on Finding New Affiliate Prospects.
You will then be guided to the affiliates catalogue page on the platform. From here, simply click on the chat icon.
Pro tip: The affiliate cards are “flippable”
Now, a new thread will pop up between your campaign and prospected affiliate. From here, you may begin conversing with your prospected affiliate.
Start A Conversation With An Approved Partner Using Messenger
The easiest and most simple way to start a new chat with an approved affiliate is to click the messenger icon located on the top right-hand corner of your screen on the platform.
Once selected, you will either see a list of ongoing chats with approved and prospected affiliates or if chats haven’t been initiated yet, the list will be empty.
Chat window legend:
- Green circle next to affiliate’s name: Indicates that the affiliate is online
- Grey circle with initials: The initials of the campaign name
- The number above the affiliate’s name: The affiliate’s ID number
- Purple checkmark: Approved affiliate
- Grey checkmark: Prospected affiliate
From here, you may choose to continue a conversation with an ongoing affiliate, search for one through name, visit the “Approved” or “Prospected” tabs to further narrow down on categorized affiliates, or you may click on the “New Thread” icon featured below.
Select your campaign, select the affiliate and begin or continue your conversation.
